Legal

Terms of use & sale (draft)

Governs your use of this site and your purchase of products and services from SUNDAY Hair Co.

Introduction

By using www.sundayhair.co (or your final domain) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. Insert your full legal name and place of business. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and the English courts, unless the law requires a different position for you as a consumer.

Products & pricing

We describe products in good faith. Colours and textures may display differently on different screens. Prices are in GBP and include VAT at the rate applicable at checkout where required. We may correct typographical or pricing errors before payment is taken; if we can’t complete your order, we will notify you and not charge you.

Forming a contract

Your order is an offer. We may accept it by dispatch confirmation or, if you use a “pay now” flow, at the time we process payment, following your platform’s default (Shopify, Magento, etc.). A contract is only formed on acceptance, not on receipt in basket.

Promotions & codes

Codes such as SUNDAY10 (example) are subject to conditions shown at the time of offer (e.g. first order only, not combinable, expiry). We may withdraw or change promotions; where this affects a paid order, we will use reasonable efforts to be fair to you.

Intellectual property

All branding, text, images, and software on the site is owned or licensed to us. You may not copy, scrape, or reuse them for commercial purposes without permission.

Limit of liability (draft)

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. For other loss, the draft position must be written by a solicitor for your product category, insurance, and risk profile.

Linking to other terms

Our Privacy Policy and Returns & exchanges (and, when live, any separate sale terms) form part of the contract where incorporated by reference. Resolve conflicts in favour of the most specific version shown at checkout, where required by law.
